For the people who build and run industrial technology
From the plant floor to the product roadmap.
DelveX gives industrial companies and technology vendors independent, senior operational technology and product strategy expertise, without the overhead of a large consultancy.
Start a conversationThe gap
Help was either independent, deep or affordable. Never all three.
Large consultancies have the depth but price it for enterprise budgets. Vendors give advice shaped by what they sell. Internal teams know the problem but rarely have the time or the specialist depth to solve it. DelveX closes that gap: practitioner-grade expertise at mid-market economics.
Two views of the same problem
What DelveX does
We've worked on both sides: with the operators who run industrial technology and the vendors who build it. Knowing both sides, we can see where the plan will break before it happens, and help you adapt before it costs you.
DelveX OT
OT systems, data and industrial AI
For industrial operators who need to modernise their OT systems, prepare them for industrial AI and close cyber gaps, without enterprise-scale cost or risk.
DelveX OTDelveX Product
Product strategy and leadership
For industrial technology vendors and OEMs who need product thinking grounded in how their customers actually buy, deploy and use what they build.

How our advice is different
We recommend what is right, not what we sell.
No vendor affiliations, no reseller margins, no referral fees. The recommendation fits your problem, not a partner target. How we stay independent
We go beneath the surface, to a real answer.
We don't stop at the symptoms. We dig to the root cause of the problem and give you targeted advice you can act on, not a longer list of questions.
We deliver value at every stage, not just at the end.
Work is scoped in stages that each pay their way. You can stop at any point with something useful in hand, rather than waiting a year for a programme to pay off.
We stand behind what we recommend.
We don't hand over a report and walk away. We stay on your side while integrators and vendors build, and check the result delivers what we said it would.
The founder
Twenty-five years on every side of the problem
Nathan Simiana started writing industrial software for a major mining company straight out of school. Since then he has seen industrial technology from every angle: integrator, vendor, salesperson, global product leader and Big 4 consultant. DelveX exists because, in all those roles, the same gap kept showing up, and no one was closing it.
Close to the work
Nathan sits on the Industry Advisory Committee of the ARC Digital Manufacturing Hub and writes regularly on industrial AI, OT and product strategy.
