Your owner's representative through delivery. Once the contract is signed, integrators and vendors are managing their own scope and margin. We make sure what they build is what you agreed, and that problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.

How it runs
Part-time, alongside your project team from design through to handover, scaled to the size of the project. The integrator keeps responsibility for the design and safety sign-off. DelveX reviews, directs and checks.

At handover we can carry on into adoption, and value reviews at agreed points after go-live.
